Are reservations required?

We do require reservations be made at least 24 hours before your desired appointment.

When will my card be charged?

Upon making a reservation, we will place a authorization (sometimes referred to as a hold) for $25. After your appointment, we will release the hold and charge you for the services.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We do ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Any appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be charged $25, and the full service amount will be charged to your account if you fail to show up for your appointment.
